Yep. You can do pretty much everything with convection ovens. A lot of restaurants even use (commercial) convection ovens because it helps make it faster and everything browns evenly. Thanks for looking at the site for me and the advice. I ended up putting that notice about, if the video is not working, use IE because I use Google Chrome and it wouldn't even play the video! LOL!

Nice job Bill. Can you bake in this convection oven? They are supposed to be excellent for baking bread and cakes. My brother in law bakes baguettes in his convection. Had a little problem with the video. The audio part kept skipping. Of course, I went in with Firefox and you mentioned IE. I'm a picture freak. Adding a few tantalizing pictures would be great.
