Just turned 60. I'm a former Architectural Designer do to our wonderful economy here in Florida. I'm in Tampa. It's a great place to live. Well, except for the high unemployment rate.
I joined WA a few weeks ago. I know absolutely nothing about about affiliate marketing. I get lots of "buy this and that" in my inbox, just like everyone else. Somehow I ended up on the WA site. I'm on unemployment now, so my budget is limited. I joined at the Gold level.
I've been lurking around WA and Street Articles. I'm finally introducing myself. I've decided to become a full time affiliate Marketeer or die trying. If I can just make a living doing this I'd be almost happy. I want more, though. I was divorced in '93. She dumped me because I was a functioning & working alcoholic. I quit cold turkey in Nov., 1998. Yup, I quit cigarettes at the same time. I still have a weight problem, but I'm working on it. I don't have any kids or pets, but I can see a pound pup sometime in the next year. Haven't had a dog in way too long.
Ok, I'm going to make lots of mistakes now and ask some really strange questions in the future. I'm remaking myself again and starting from ground zero. I'm in good health and I've always had a positive attitude. i know there will bel tons of frustration ahead of me. Risk taking has been a way of life for me. Maybe I'm too much of a dreamer. I do tend to reach my short term goals. It's the long term goals i always seem to be resetting. What I really like about this venture is that I can be myself and not have to act like something I'm not.
I'm a member of a few sportbike forums and I post regularly one one in particular. I've made some good friends. If I step on someone's toes here, please tell me. I'm here to make friends, not enemies. I feel really lucky to have found this community to help me start this new career.

Hi Clark, thanks for following me. As I’m also new to WA there’s lots to learn, but it seems to be a great online community with like minded people. Great to see you here, best luck and congratulations on joining WA, you will go along way I'm sure, Adrian :))

Dreams are good with out them you have no place to go. the main i believe is that you should write down where you want that dream to take you. create a plan then work your plan.. sure we shall make mistakes but that is how we learn..Like you I am new to this game plan and I have about 16 years on you. However I know we will succeed if we only do our best and stick with it...

I completely reset my goals. I strongly believe in goal setting. I have a new hourly, daily, weekly and monthly plan. Of course there's a 1 year, 5 year, 10 year and 15 year plan. I may retire then. Just don't know. Since I'm working for myself now, there is no excuse to not reaching the majority of my goals.
