Last Update: July 11, 2010
We have had a lot of baby robins in our garden lately and managed to get this clip of 2 baby robins harassing their mother for food.

Hi Jatdebeaune
This is the first time we have had baby robins, they and the mother robin are so tame and friendly. They come right up to the back door for food. My friend in Canada told me that their robins are much bigger, I didn't know that. We also have starlings, blackbirds, bluetits and song thrushes to name a few. Your barn swallows sound great!

Maz, I just noticed that you are from England. Your video couldn't be more charming. And your robins look different from ours.

How adorable! Where are you living? I'm in northeast USA, and our robins look different. We have barn swallows lately. It's a new thing for us. They are very silly birds. I'm beginning to think they are sociable. Amazing intelligence. They have us all figured out for Red Hot Suckers! They like to harass us when they are producing young ones. Now that that's over with, swallows like to hang out and visit.
