HOW DID THIS GET STARTED? Let's go to the beginning...
1- I've taken several personality tests, and have been told I am very well balanced in those areas. One test is the A Type vs. B Type. I came out dead center. But put me behind the wheel of a car and look out. I shift gears and become a straight A personality. Get out of my way you slowpokes who hold people up.
(thank goodness for this mission, as it has really helped me in calming down).
My oldest daughter says that she doesn't know me when I drive.

2- My wife and I have both come home complaining about other drivers. One day I was fussing about how I thought someone should do something about all the lousy drivers. Ok, I've said that many times. One day she responded by saying..."why don't you?"

Wow...that hit me pretty hard. I answered by saying "What could I do?" So I started wondering about it. After some time, I realized that anything is possible, if just one person takes action. So I opened a website, an interactive site (with blog and discussion board) to deal with the subject. I set it up and..............wait. No traffic. Now what? The site has been sitting for some time, without any traffic. I didn't know what to do. And the site sat there.

I recently lost 2/3's of my income (self-employed) and with some spare time on my hands I decided to start researching how to make money on the web. Like many of you, I bought a few programs (a few too many). Then I realized that they all tell you what to do, but not HOW to do what they tell you to do. That stinks.,

Then I found this place. Now I am excited once again. I know a little about how to monetize my site, but not how to implement effective strategies. I have gathered all kinds of things I can resell (gimmes from some of those guru marketers), but no real clue what to do next. And I need to make money soon if I want to continue to do this full time. I can get by making an extra $500-$700/month as a survival mode, but want to quickly get to $5000 as quickly as possible.

PART 2

The mission started as "Saving Lives On Our Highways!"
It has since grown after giving lots of thought to the phrase "saving lives."
Very few Americans have any idea what is going on behind the scenes with our food and drug companies...and especially the FDA. It's actually criminal, but who can stop the gov't? And you will be furious when you learn what I have to tell. (That's a hint to come back and watch for when that site gets launched)

So I decided to include a site to deal with saving lives in our homes/kitchens/grocery stores/doc offices. I will link that site up with the road rage site and include a blog and discussion board as well.

As a Christian, I am obviously concerned about saving lives for eternity. But I'm not one of those get in your face Christians hoping to scare you into Church by making you afraid of going to hell. For years no one (Christians/Pastors) could ever answer any of my questions. How strange? Finally, I got my questions answered. I want to help others who are like I was...someone who was curious and wanted answers. I will be setting up a site with a blog and discussion board to deal with this issue. I already have a Christian T-Shirt design which actually stops people from cussing around me (how funny is this considering I used to cuss like 3 sailors?). This will help me monetize the Christian site, but I do need to create an effective page to draw traffic to the site already set up to sell the shirt. See the link to the right where we can add our website links. What a shirt...I've actually stopped language in bars while shooting pool on league teams. It worked time and time again for several years. It has been thoroughly tested and works extremely well. If you can't stand cussing, please check it out.

Another way I want to help people deals with those people who come to the web like me, looking for a way to make money. I have a blog set up where I will be offering info. Now that I have found this place, it will most certainly be included. I have some advertising already in place on that site. Now to drive traffic to it.

I have a couple more ideas regarding certain topic matters and am thinking of creating blogs to deal with these issues too. All of these things/sites will be linked together. The fact that I will be dealing with helping people and saving lives should really help in creating the trust factor. This trust of course comes with great responsibility. And if I were to ever break that trust, it would ruin my reputation and kill my entire mission. Earning that trust and using it responsibly will enable to me to move forward in my mission with great effectiveness, and through list building in regards to each subject matter, and by offering people the chance to be on 1, or more, or even all the differing lists can really help me target my audience.

The VISION is huge, and certainly encompasses my differing topics. I can go in so many different directions. It may take a bit of time to get this thing moving, but once this train is moving, I doubt it can be slowed down. I may actually need some help to maintain this monster.

There is much I haven't said, but that should cover the basics for now. I need to create a few more sites, link them together, create landing pages, learn to build lists and find giveaways, and I especially need to learn how to write a very effective press release, as I want to send out press releases to cities one at a time to get started, and then to gradually keep moving from state to state until I have covered all major cities with press releases to all major cities. Ouch. And since I have started researching how to make money on the web, I have come to realize that my RoadRage site needs to be rewritten. It may be ok, but people won't act on it as I don't think it is properly written now that I have read hundreds of sites/emails that sell ideas/products.

Anyone having any input...I am all EARS! I am here to learn, to help in any way that I can, and to network. In the midst of all of this, one of my goals is to also set up a blog that drives people to others sites...just another way of helping others and giving them as much exposure as possible.

Once I figure all of this out, I expect that the amount of traffic I will have will be tremendous, and my mailing list should eventually over the next year or two will grow to something that even the guru's should be envious of. I fully expect that I could help drive traffic to many of our members websites. Now...to learn, and to get this baby monster growing as fast as possible. I work only 1 and 1/2 days out of six, so I have 4 and 1/2 days per week to work on this project. Look out...MrRoadRage is coming through!
