Hi to each of you who might come this way.

Since the early 70's I've been a self-employed carpenter doing remodeling / custom repairs / custom mirrors / cabinets / custom trim / baths and kitchens etc.

At present we are working on a specific type cabinet that is unique to the scrap booking industry and I hope to create a web presence that will showcase this cabinet and sell it to my local area.

As is true of most who are here it is my intention to develop the skill and capacity to make my full time living from the internet, preferably from the "Bum Marketing" method. At present article marketing it is of particular interest because it seems to be the least expensive method of ROI.

I really Travis Sago's attitude on life, it is equally impressive that his desire is to be of service to others when he has no financial need to be that way. I hope to learn his trade and craft of article writing.

At present the majority of my time will be spent trying to focus on how this all works and implementing that knowledge.

may your day be blessed

respectfully,

Reeder Lyons

Thank you for your kind words. Here is a lesson for all at WA: Don't cut and paste from Word, WordPerfect or any other fancy program. In the case of email, bad script from these programs can get you accused of spamming. I use WordPad or NotePad if I'm going to cut and past. Cut and paste there from Word, etc. In a week or so, when you have got your feet wet, send me a note and I'll send you some helps. John

Hi Reeder,
First of all thanks for your interests and for your willing to help (both of us) in the internet marketing.
Tonight it's the beginning of our holiday "PASSOVER" and all my family gathered to celebrate together - we'll have about 25 people for dinner and I'm running to help my wife with the preparations (do I have another choice :o) )

Such beautiful sencery behind you. Do you live near the water?

I wish you shalom, may all your challanges bring you closer to each of the goals that you've set for yourself.

Ami, how would I pronounce your name correctly?

You already know the answer to my response but I think every father aspires and conspires :-) that his sons, especially his eldest would follow in his steps. Alas, tis usually not so. Personally, I am thankful that my son%u2019s are choosing different fields that hopefully will pay them a living wage. My greatest hope it that my internet marketing will eventually pay me a good living and will also help support my desire to build custom cabinets for the scrap booking niche.

However, fortunate father that I am, all three of my sons have "helped" me in my endeavors. It is interesting because my youngest absolutely hated this type work when he was younger, and in the last year has come to really enjoy working in this trade and we have come to enjoy being together. He is quite adept and catches on much more quickly than I did, especially at his young age of 28.

Anyway, I am the first generation in the carpentry and have really enjoyed doing many custom projects. I had one customer who collects %u201Ccollectible beer cans%u201D, who knew??? %uF04A Built him two %u201Ctrophy cases%u201D that included mirrors he uses in his two restaurants.

Thanks for writing me back I enjoy our conversations and am looking forward to this journey. Perhaps we can help one another along this path.

Shalom and blessing upon your home and head.

Ami,
It appears that I inadvertently erases you message about your dad being a 5th generation carpenter would you please post it again .

Reeder

I've been doing a lot of thinking about that post and how GREAT it is. Here in my country it is rare that anyone is doing the same thing for five generations. What a tribute that his craft.

I would encourage you to not feel badly about not following in his footsteps we each must do what our spirit calls us to do. God gives us each a bent and it is important that we use it. Not trying to "preach" just wanted to be of an encouragement.

I'm glad to be in communication with you.

Ami;
We have a Jewish friend who comes to our church and teaches about the Pesach and shares the festivities of a Seder with us; sometimes for our entire church or sometimes for just the young people. It is an interesting festivity, one steeped in much scripture; especially from the book of Exodus.

It is a blessing to be coming to know you and that your family is involved in this Holy Event. The blessedness of God%u2019s merciful love in extracting HIS people from the tyrannical grip of Egypt%u2019s Pharaoh is one of the greatest love stories presented in the Torah.

I am proud to call you friend.

May your Pesach be a blessing to all your family, and if you were honest :-) probably you would choose no "other choice"!!! :-)

Such a blessing to have your entire family involved and to be able to enjoy this time of celebration together

I have no idea how much help I may be to you but am willing to share the journey of my path with you in hopes we may together grow in our own niches, whatever they may be.

How are your two sons doing at university?

I have 4 sons, the first died at 18 months. The other 3 did not go to college although one is in the Army full time and is getting an education and the youngest is trying to get his college the middle one is satisfied to work with his hands. All three are married. I have 2 natural born grandchildren and 3 grandchildren by marriage, so far!!

Well I guess I%u2019ve %u201Cbent%u201D your ear long enough.

Shalom; blessings upon your HOLY day

Honored am I to join your blog.
I am at present learning from Mark Thompson's Word Press Goldmine via PotPieGirl how to make Niche Word Press Blogs.

Have very little clue what I'm doing and only enough knowledge to be extremely dangerous, if this were a mine field there would only be little bitty pieces of me left. LOL :-)

Praise our God he is patient with my lack of understanding and wants me to succeed.

If I ever get it set up I'll invite you to come and look.

blessings on you

Greetings Ami

this is the reason I hate joining sites like these, I one has to leave then the friendship seems to go with it.- can't afford to keep us the dues, have not worked at my carpenter trade in about 6 weeks and I'm not yet making any money with IM, but I do intend that to happen. :)

If you like please feel free to write me at imhshre@bellsouth.net

Here is a trick to make the fonts larger - while holding the "CTRL" key down continually hit the plus sign or the minus sign and most of your letter should get noticably larger or smaller

blessings upon you

Hi Reeder and Welcome to the WA Community. You have definitely come to the right place to learn about Internet Marking and I agree that Travis is very helpful to others and has a great attitude in general. I enjoy reading all of his marketing material and watching his videos. I would definitely recommend starting with the 8 Week Action Plan and reading posts in the Forums. Take your time because there is a lot of information to absorb, but you are in a great community of very helpful and supportive people. You can Click on the Pictures to Reply and get Buddies! I wish you the best of luck on you new journey, Eddie B.

Hey Reeder, thanks for that great response and yes it is great to be able to spend more time with the kids. They do keep my VERY active and I hope young as well.

You mentioned getting a hold of Travis, try sending him a PM, I think he will respond but do keep in mind that he has over 10 thousand affiliates working his programs and I would bet that they keep him hopping.

To learn more about his article or Bum Marketing %u2013 as his lovely wife refers to it %u2013 methods go here: http://www.bummarketingmethod.com/ and sign up for his Free Bum Marking course.

Good morning Eddie:

Thank you for the warm welcome. It is encouraging when you know there are others who want to make "life" work from the house. That's quite a crew you have there. I like your yard and the kids look happy to be with Dad. They remind me of my grand-kids.

Congratulations on making such a decision, I know you family will be the beneficiary and you will probably enjoy the shorter commute. :-)

Don't know how or what I could do, but if ever I can be of help please let me know.

Re: Travis - wish he were easier to get in contact with I would love to know more and exactly how he does his article marketing. That is the area I want to pursue.

May your day be blessed with challenges that give you great insight into your new future in internet marketing.

Eddie,
Thanks for the information. Travis and his marketing course along with the opportunity to interact with folk like yourself IS the reason I'm here. After watching his video on how to place ad on usfree ads I felt empowered to be able to "maybe" actually make some money instead of spending money. Pipe dreams I know but one can always hope.

How are your action plans coming I%u2019d love to keep up and maybe help each other along the way. %uF04A

Thanks again for your help.

Your build and facial features remind me of a really great friend I have where I go to church, he's a neat guy too. Loves motorcycles - sounds a little like your polar expedition .
