Patience Pays

Last Update: March 31, 2010

Hi again everyone!!!!

I've been receiving a lot of messages lately from new members asking for advice on the best way to learn the information here and how to get started as quickly as possible.  Please understand that I haven't been here long either but I do have a definite opinion on this subject.

When I first started I couldn't wait to get the ball rolling and start seeing some results.  It didn't take very long for me to realize that this wasn't the right answer for me.

Think back to when you were in school.  That may be a little hard for some of us as quite a few years have past since those days.  I'm sure that you will remember that all of the lessons would build on the previous ones and that over time everything would start falling into place.  Although the first few lessons may have seemed a bit basic and boring they were still a very important foundation to be built upon. Well, it works the same way here.  The first few lessons are filled with a lot of basic information but stick with it.  It won't take very long before you will see everything start falling into place and making more and more sense every day.   It's been really surprising to me just how much information that I've learned here by just being patient and let it all happen in it's own time.

Patience pays!!!!!!!!

Patience is a Virtue and Good will come around. We all have to be a little patient as we move along this IM road. It will come.

Hi, I understand and agree, my thoughs are once I covered page 1 and 2, of the action plan and I'm ready to move on but I can't because I missed a check somewhere or have I already started and not know it? Example my daily planner shows events that were here and gone before I arrived Sunday, do I check those off as having completed them? Since I'm new it may take me a little time to find my way back to you for your reply unless you know how to shoot me the answer to that question. Thanks TRowe

It does take a long time to learn the things We need to know
but not as long as my doctor he spent 8 yrs in school and my son He put in 7 yrs as a lawyer in training He now has his own law firm so a few months is not so long after all

I agree! Only here about 3-4 weeks. I am taking my time and taking lots of notes and studying at night. I actually made a Web Page and uploaded it. It's not the greatest but now I hope to start applying some of my training to my site and see how it goes.
One day at a time!
