Well my name is Wayne and I live in the lower keys. Thinking about a place in the mountains to but not enough to go explore yet.
I'm semi-retired (used to own Papa Johns franchises). Had what I thought was a pretty nice and sustainable lifestyle (waterfront, car, boat, etc ... ) living in paradise, but had a major MI 3 years ago and not sure how I made it through. 80% of my heart got zero blood for approx 6 hours. Guess I took on the widow-maker and won.
I've had to hit a TOTAL reset button. Lost everything and frankly wouldn't have made it without family stepping in and literally taking care of me for 2 years. Now I'm back and its time to give back in a big way. Wrestled for 17 years and don't like to lose. This took a nasty sucker punch and I figure its time to prove I'm not done.
I'm truly thankful that I ran across WA and everyone Ive meet so far. Get ready cause the journey is gonna be awesome:)

Hello Wayne - Where in the Keys do you live. My son lives in Port St Lucie and my wife and I get down that way a few times a year. In fact my son has been really bugging me about moving down there but living up in the colder weather may make that tough especially in the Summer down there. I spent a little over a year in Key West way back when in the Marine Corps guard detachment at the Naval Base. Dove the Keys at Pennekamp Park and Sombrero Reef.
