This is all about networking and gathering necessary information from those of us who have some. I am not wealthy yet, but I have had some success. With that said I have developed this attitude that I need to help others succeed and that will in turn help me. Now I have always been a firm believer in helping each other. I grew up in the country and that was just the way it was out there..help your neighbor rain or shine, without worrying about charging for it or getting anything in return.
