well if someone helps you with something or that you like his post on his blog or his answer in the forum or just if you like that person you can click on "donate gold" on his profile or in the forum and then golds can be cashed out and converted in dollars. Basically, one gold is around $0.20. You can check out your gold on the "WA gold" page in the "My WA" menu. It's a way to push people to help each other and be rewarded for it. And each month you automatically receive 10 golds that you can distribute. :) If you have other questions don't hesitate. As for the start, you should do the "action plan" (the link to it is on the home page and in the training center) and if the training is too slow for you you can read the sticky posts in the forum (the posts that stick to the top), especially in the "general marketing discussion" section. It's very informative and the resources in the training center are very helpful too. Just do things at your own pace and take action when you feel ready! :)
