Good article Josh. Looks like Miami and Manhattan have the most shoppers. How is it that some retailers charge customers sales tax in taxable states, but not all retailers selling to the same states? Is it mandatory or not? I think it's illegal anyway. It's nice to have this info and keep it in mind for advertising and geographic targeting. With the cost of gas, shopping online makes good sense.
