I decided to do an experiment between Ezine and Article Base article submission directories.  I saw Pot Pie's DAM way as the perfect opportunity to experiment!   I only have to write articles and links using the domain forwarding  to the product and use Ezine and ArticleBAse tracking data.  It is a pure sample because it is all based on the articles and no website, blogs or Squidoo  and back links to muddy up the waters.   I am still figuring out how to use all the tracking data, so this will keep it simple for me.

I will report back in each week about what I see.

THE EXPEREIMENT

DAY ONE:  Wednesday, March 31

• Wednesday morning .I wrote 5 articles for Ezine and submitted them.
  
• The links in the resource box were domain forwarding, (I bought a .info domains,and have it forwarded to the affiliate with my code)
• I am using two different links to two products (gardening niche)
• I have four main long tail KW phrases that are mixed and matched and used in the articles with others sprinkled in.
  
• Late Wednesday afternoon I revised the five articles, changed the titles and submitted the same articles to ArticleBase 
  
• So basically they are the same articles, that I personally wrote, and just re-worked them.

DAY TWO FIRST RESULTS :  Thursday,  April 1 --morning

• ArticleBase all 5 article were  live
• Ezine are still in review  75% through the process.

PLAN FOR THE DAY

• I am writing new articles today based on one of the articles I wrote yesterday that had five points.  Ezine has suggested this is a great way to build articles, take each point and make an entire article out of it.
• Instead of putting both domain links in each article, I will use one for Ezine and one for Article Base so I will also be able to track which ones generated sales.
• Not sure if I should go back and change the live ones from yesterday.

ANOTHER THING I am trying to see if I can get faster at this:

I and writing the first paragraph, then write it two more times. Then I will do that with each paragraph.  When I submit I will mix and match paragraphs. Giving me unique relevant content   It will also give me material for more articles for other directories or  for blogs, Squidoo or a website if I choose to push the niche

I think the only techno thing I have to learn is to how to find Google ranking for the articles.  I can always just type my key words in since I am using the same four over and over and in combination,

Today I hope to get at least three new ones submitted.

NOTE: The reason I am only trying the DAM way is the gardening niche is a short lived one, spring really is the time people are looking for all this.  I will add the others if there is tons of traffic-
