I use RoboForm. It is a password keeper software. I have come to depend on it.

PS, If you're away from your office a lot, then Google docs is your answer. I do both.

I have a manila folder for each account and keep the password on the inside flap. I don't use the same passwords because someone gave me the advice not to. Jay thinks it's OK though. For some reason, I can remember most of the passwords, but I'm wrong some of the time. This is my old fashioned way of keeping organized. It works.

Yes, they can all be the same password. Try using google docs as it's a great way to keep a spreadsheet of all your passwords.
