Thanks Carson, I agree. I started IM about 10 months. Before that I worked in a corporate running Strategy for a number of years, did a Masters in Strategy, marketing and project management.

When I came to do IM I felt so dumb when I started that I learned to celebrate every success, no matter how big or small. Otherwise you can get a bit overwhelmed by the amount you need to take in to be successful.

I wish I had found WA sooner!! :0 But glad that I am here now :)
