earnings report 1

Last Update: June 23, 2012
ok this is my first go at this so bear with me. I'm going to cover my total earnings and then my more recent earnings.

Adsense Earnings
Adsense All Time - $189.04
Adsense earnings YTD - $156.13
Adsense earnings May 2012 - $60.20
Adsense earnings Jun 2012 - $10.38

I started using adsense Nov 2011 and actually have adsense across several (4 or 5) sites but the majority (97% or so) of my adsense earnings come from my two main sites.

http://bestresidualincomestrategies.com/

I saw my earnings steadily climbing until the google slap and they dropped dramatically. Fortunately I am still making some money and think as I add more and more pages this should bring my traffic up and my earnings back up. If I can have 10 websites making $100 per month that will be $1,000 per month. Short term goal is to get back to previous levels. Although with all the stories of adsense accounts getting banned by google for no reason, I am putting focus on finding some other sources of income.

Cashcrate Survey Website Earnings
Cashcrate All Time - $207.6
Cashcrate check 1 - $26.39
Cashcrate check 2 - $85.67
Cashcrate check 3 - $85.11

This is one of the easiest ways to make money online. I try to use all the methods i talk about on my http://bestresidualincomestrategies.com/ website as it helps me to write good articles about how to be really successful with the different methods.. I started with cashcrate back in Nov 2011.
Although this is a survey site, the key here is really doing the free offers. I can earn $85 or more in minutes by signing up for trial offers and canceling the membership before the trial expires. I also wanted to confirm that I would get paid before recommending this service to anyone. I don't do this regularly unless i need some quick cash, so I will break this down by checks and total amount earned. my cashcrate goal is $500 so that I can make it to the next level (silver) of membership

Infolinks In text ads
This is another income source I added to both my web pages. The ads appear as links with double underlines.
Infolinks All Time - $1.09
Infolinks May 2012 $0.29
Infolinks Jun 2012 $0.8

I just added this service May 22 and I went in knowing that this is not as lucrative as Adsense. I have heard Adsense is one of the best ways to make money and now I am seeing why.

My focus for now is on CPA and things that cost the user nothing to participate in. I have also placed my WA link on my site but I have not made ANY sales although I do have a few clicks. I have concluded (for now) that affiliate marketing may not be my thing. Until I master this CPA is the way to go.

Getting started is the hardest part of internet marketing. There are no magic beans here... but you will gain the skills and knowledge to be successful. It is hard work with great rewards. If you are not satisfied with your results, sometimes you have to adjust your strategy and tactics... sometimes the product is wrong if so, you must replace it or how you reach your target customer... who are they? male or female? under 30 over 50? do they have smart phones? what's their income? where do they live? skilled or unskilled worker. etc. Many times small tweaks can make all the difference. We all started in the same place at one time or another and many have experienced the same issues. it's wonderful community of learning, sharing, helping and succeeding. _Julie

I would agree that adsense is the lowest form of making money online. I know for a fact many marketers make a killing at cpa and they swear by it. With so many ways to make money online the sky is the limit but adsense, I would say isn't it. I was always taught, dollars not pennies ;-)

could not agree with you more Dave. although Adsense is the easiest thing to get started with, eventually I plan to move away from it as soon as I can get some of the higher CPA offers on my sites.

I joined 1 network but have not made any earnings as of yet so I won't post earnings until at least one commission is earned.

You know it, stay away from the small change ;) I know many CPA marketers go with zip submits which are the easiest form of CPA to make money. All someone has to do it put in their zip code and bamn you get paid.

I hear you on the WA clicks, I have over 400 with no takers. I hope to see some soon. :) Good report and keep on keeping on.

Thanks Shawn, you have a lot more than I do. Glad I am not the only one. I am wondering if people are removing the affiliate ID or if Wealthy Affiliate is not doing a good job of converting.

I do have some other affiliate links on my page and I have not got any conversions there either although I have a lot of clicks.

So I don't think it is just about Wealthy affiliate not being able to convert. which is why I think CPA will be the way to go for me, at least for now.
