Hi All,
My name is Brenda. I have been away from WA for quite a while...( I apologize to all who wrote me and I was unable to respond). I was out of work and stretching the budget so WA wasn't an option at the time. Then I obtained another job but procrastinated about signing up at WA.
Then my dad was suddenly diagnosed with brain cancer (he is in the picture below with all the grandkids) and I spent every moment possible helping my mom and sister take care of him.
He was a very special and unique person who loved helping people. He would sit with people sick with AIDS, drive handicapped people around, cook dinner at church for over 200 people every week. He loved God and not only talked the talk but he walked the walk too.
He passed away on April 14th with my mom, my sister and myself at his side. His passing occurred on the same day his twin brother passed away 4 years ago. We had over 300 people at his Life Celebration service where they gave him a standing ovation at the end. Sorry for rattling on...his loss is still fresh and writing about him reminds me of how much I miss him...he was my rock.
Anyway, I am once again working as a Software Engineer for a government contractor. I also work freelance web development on the side and I was a hairdresser for 23 years...(yes I know it is a strange combination). I have a bachelors degree in IST with a minor in business.
I have three great kids and have been married for 23 years. We love summer thunderstorms, watching movies, eating Maryland steamed crabs, shopping, watching/playing sports, camping and hitting the beach when we can.
I am completely addicted to developing a successful online affiliate business but seem to be suffering from information overload and I am here to focus my energies on my affiliate marketing. I also want to be able to network and learn from other people with the same addiction.
I am going to make it one way or another. We all know it can be done we just need some help getting there.
I wish success to all of us and can't wait to learn from everyone.
Cheers Peeps

You're a very strong person and I admire that. I'm new to WA (first day actually !) and I liked your profile, what you say and how you say it.
I wish you all the luck possible and I thank you for being true.
Oh and I love the picture in black and white of your family !
See you around !

Wow sounds like you have a wonderful life! Thank you so much for your prayers. Each day gets a bit easier though it will never be the same. But at least I know I will see my dad again one day. Enjoy that wonderful family you have been blessed with. Your variety of interests will be a great benefit in your online marketing endeavors!
