Hi everyone!
My name is Luz, from Chandler, Arizona. I am a Fitness and Nutrition Coach. I recently built my blog, and it's still a work in progress. The move (also recent) into a new and bigger consulting and training area from my former tiny office space, has been hectic but exciting. I am planning to draw as much as I can from the lessons here and apply them to my blog as that is a priority, however; marketing and making money here as an affiliate is a major goal as well.
I am hoping to learn everything I can to market my Fitness & Nutrition business online as well as to become a successful WF
I have been burned several times before trying to succeed in the IM business. But I don't entirely blame anyone, it's just one those things sometimes we get into thinking... hey, it looks so easy and effortless...(surprise!)
So yeah, I learned the hard way and here I am once again. Never giving up.
More about me....I love everything Internet and though not savvy, I find it fascinating. I feel kind of lonely while persuing my IM goals because none of the people I know understand what I'm doing. They look at me like I am weird.
I also love being on the move -'so to speak- I am a fitness nut and enjoy inspiring others to stay fit and healthy
I plan to spend more time here and use all the resources more productively this year..
