Joan and Maureen, I couldn't agree more - WA, being a community driven site makes its members twice as likely to succeed here than going at it alone. The exchange of ideas and the support is a shared journey for all - being leveraged, flowing in the right direction. It is surprising how I finally found WA. I've been getting emails about it from PotpieGirl for a year now, but always managed to skip clicking the link. Just prior to finally taking the plunge in discovering WA, I commented on a thread in the Warrior Forum - about the need to have buddies, to have the shared support in IM in order for success to be easily reachable. On hindsight, I think that comment alone created a sort of attraction pull to WA, making me more accepting of WA and how it can be greatly used to my advantage. We can be different people from all walks of life and can still achieve our IM dreams and goals because it is such a perfect profession - IM. You can do it anywhere in the world if you basically have an internet connection and the persistence to see it through. This melting pot of diversity adds to the creative force behind WA and gives anyone the chance to jump start their own successful IM enterprise. Little by little, I am getting a clearer picture of my particular IM journey and it is becoming a great adventure - less of a chore when it is shared among like minded friends. Love that Faith. Exactly right. It has been a Godsend for me to be able to communicate with others who understand IM. In a lot of ways, I feel closer to people here, new friends, than to my friends whom I have known for years. Even my sister, who is my best friend of all and land based business partner, gets confused when I try to tell her what I am doing over the Internet. I'm roping her in though. She's very bright and writes well, so I'm asking her to help me write some articles in order to double the output.

It's helpful to me to hear from others who are trying to map their courses and give voice to both left and right brain in the effort. This is (as you point out) a creative and often solitary enterprise we are involved in--the community aspect is invaluable.
