Hi Im Chris, Im 45 and am married with 2 children and 4 stepchildren. None of them live at home anymore, so I'm finding I have a bit more time(and energy) to devote to myself now!

I live in the UK but am out in Jersey (channel Islands) and am lucky enough to be taking a short career break from work at the moment. Im really hoping to use this time to make a go of IM, because I would love to be able to change the way we live and our whole approach to life. The world of IM is so completely different to the environment I'm used to working in, which is office based and really structured. And ... everyone is so much more helpful.

There seem to be so many different ways to do IM that at first my head was spinning with all the choices. Actually, it still is! But I really believe we only get one shot at this life because it's not a dress rehearsal, so I'm just going to throw myself into this. I'd love to hear from anyone.
