I got my domain selected finally. Thanks to wealthy affiliates, who helped me in identifying the domain that would be useful for me.

I have a desire to open a website that would focus on internet sales and sales in general. The website would and should generally focus on identifying opportunities for sales in the internet and help others (at the same time help ourselves as well). In order to do that, i needed a domain name that would be sales related.

The first thing that I did was posting a query in the open chat window. I wanted to understand exactly how the " Find Keyword " tool functions. My query was promptly and swiftly answered by @Carson. I was told to look into any one of the keywords tool blogs or trainings.

I learnt from one of the blogs and quickly went and searched the keyword "rule sales". In came a few results.

The Keyword rule sales' Article power wasn't too impressive as you can see. It was a meager 7.6. So that means, in lay man's terms, the keyword isn't great enough to market with articles. Now, looking into PPC Power, it was meager again at 8.5. What do I know about PPC Power? Till now, I only know that if it lies on the higher side, then it is a lucrative keyword to select. 8.5 maybe good, it is not great. Besides, there were lots of search results which had higher PPC Power. So, why did i buy rulesales.com? Well, we humans have a tendency to connect emotionally with our projects. I personally find nothing as a good or a bad decision. We make them good or bad.

A few searches down one can see " internet sales rules" with a staggering PPC Power of 9.5 and a more than decent article power of 8.8. Now, i did a quick search on internet sales rules and here is what I got -

I realized that this keyword was the best among words with internet and sales clubbed together. Moreover, it was making a complete phrase with proper meaning in itself. So this prompted me to buy this domain name - Internet sales rules.

Now, as I progress with my 30 day training, it would be interesting to see which one i proceed with - the emotional decision or the logical correction.
