When it rains, it pours!

You know, I'm a big believer in Law of Attraction, and it's showing evidence again to me - but in a not so good way (at least for affiliate marketing)! 

You know that  saying "when it rains, it pours." That's basically a Law of Attraction saying. When bad things happen, you focus on those bad things and more and more bad things happen, and you focus on them more and more, and more bad things happen... 

(By the way, this works the other way around too! And when things are good they're REALLY good, and that's when the fun really starts!) 

 Anyway, so here are the bad things that have happened recently: 

1. I signed up for the ebay partner network, and a few days later they sent me an email outlining 7 reasons why my site sucks. 

2. I got a notice from Commission Junction that they're going to disable my account because I haven't made any sales. (LOTS of clicks. But no sales.) 

3. On the one site that I actually make a decent amount of money, I noticed I wasn't making sales lately. So, I went and clicked on my link just to be sure and PPPFFFFTTT. The link was dead. I wrote to support and they basically said the site was done, the link was down - and would be down forever - and that's that. 

But, I'm an eternal optimist, so...

1. All of the feedback that ebay gave me is great, and it's an opportunity to make my site better. 

2. CJ also gave me an option to make my account active again without much issue. 

3. Well, this one really kind of sucks! LOL. There aren't any other clickbank books that can replace the one I had, but maybe there are some physical products I can promote. Ugh, what a pain in the azz though! 

All I can do - all any of us can do when there's a bump in the road - is ride that bump and keep moving forward. And try to appreciate the journey along the way.

I'd never heard that called the Law of Attraction, but I know how that goes. I heard once if you try and be grateful for things, instead of negative, you'll find more good than bad. It's easy to be negative though.

At least the first two options are fixable. And it looks like you're trying to make the best of it. Maybe the Law of Attraction will bring you an excellent product to replace the one you lost.

Good attitude. But how did you attract all this. Change it. Change it fast. And, really, can you make a replacement product?

Hi Christina, What is eBay partner network? Did they give you an evaluation with valid points? With CJ, all you have to do is make just one purchase yourself within a given time frame if your not making sales. To have a lucrative product discontinued must be frustrating. Maureen has a good point. Is it a product you can reproduce yourself? That could be a blessing. Have a Happy Fourth of July!

Wonderful attitude. Keep up the sense of humor...easier to handle all those pain in the azz setbacks when you've got the laughter thing down. And I can't help but if maybe you should create the Clickbank produce to replace the one you had.... Hang in there! ~ Maureen
