Frustration!!

So, I have a few sites that I'm working on.

Site #1 is doing OK, making some sales. But the merchant closed down his site for a few days. I really hope it's going to be back up soon! I feel like I'm missing out on sales. 

Site #2 has a pretty good amount of traffic, somewhere between 70-100 per day, and I'm getting tons of clicks but NO SALES!! That one hurts.

Site #3  is in the #3 spot on Google for my main KW. Google says the term gets 130,000 hits a month. I got 14 visitors today. (130,000 visitors - HA!) And none of the 14, and none of the previous 100 or so visitors, clicked on my affiliate link. None. 0. Zilch. Zip. 

 WTF?

Am I cursed or something? Am I in the wrong line of business? I want this to work, but sometimes I would rather bang my head into a large brick wall. 

 Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Ok, now I feel better. :)

Hi Christina, Something I've run into in the past is getting the most targeted, ready to buy visitors. Before coming here, I'd get tons of traffic, but I think it was mostly tire kickers. Trying to close in now on the buyers. Maybe you need some of that mushroom soup, then get back to it. I like the advice MoHawX gave you.

Don't panic, everyone has the same problem... keep at it and one will hit a home run... Word of advice though with the one with good traffic, NEVER be afraid to change it up a bit. All the best campaigns are found by testing, testing and more testing... Change where the links are, change the banners, change the colours even.. just keep trying things and seeing how they affect it, you'd be surprised how much a little change can make - but only do one at a time or you'll never know which one did it for you! Best of luck with it all, just keep doing what you're doing :)

Hey I nearly get 5-6 visitors per day (ok, ok, I admit that I just created my LP yesterday :) ) Don't give up :) Road to success lies within the forest of disappointment and failures (I've just coined this up :) ) Keep going!

I was about to feel sorry for myself as I got only 7 visitors and I'm #1 for a keyword that according to Google gets 14,800 a month. Not no more. Thank you. And I feel your pain.

I bet the majority of us that are in WA feel exactly the same way you do this very moment, I know I do. I felt that way all weekend. I do the work, the research and more and all for what? nothing.

We are not cursed. We are certainly in the right business. Just have to find your niche or dig deeper. Dust yourself off and get back to the grind..sooner or later it will pay off.
