I HATE THIS ! ! !

Last Update: January 24, 2012

Day 18

I really, really, really do HATE this! I Like Looking Good; I Like Being Good. I don't like being a beginner and not understanding half the words I read and hear. I still don't even know what RSS is? I keep forgetting to look it up.

I am irritated because I get it that I have to start DOING and I really like being GOOD at stuff before I Do it!<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office">

And I don't feel like I know enough not to look (and feel) really stupid!

Anyway, so much for my RANT!

·       I am making a commitment to spend 50% of my time on WA "DOING"

·       I am even going to set a timer to hold myself to my commitment.

·       Part of the challenge for me is to Remember what Doing IS (and IS NOT)

DOING (for Now):

  • Writing an Article (Not Learning How to Write a Good Article)
  • Submitting the Article (Argggg!!!)
  • Actively Creating My Website and Doing the steps to make it what I have in My Mind.
  • Blogging
  • Participating in the Forum
  • Asking for Help when I need it (Not Researching for weeks)

But, But, But...

I really do like discovering all of the Great Beginner Training out there. I really feel like there is so-o-o-o much to learn. And, thus, it is all Kyle's fault that I came to this realization (and this Outburst). In Step 4.2: The 50/50 Rule Breakdown (in the Wealthy Affiliate Action Plan) Kyle paints a very clear picture of what I have to DO to Truly BE GOOD.

And I will get to be GOOD!

I will make Stepping Stones to Dragon the place to come to learn to be Great with Dragon Naturally Speaking.  I will demo what being Great with Dragon can do for you!

I will figure out how to make money doing it!

Please stop by and visit...    Grand Opening February 1, 2012

Ha! Sherry, I feel your pain. Promise, it gets better. All the words that sound foreign become totally part of your vocabulary, so much so that your friends won't understand a word you are saying. RSS: Really Simple Syndication http://www.whatisrss.com/ This site will explain it.

You have to remember why you came here. You want to work for yourself and nobody else. It is hard to start and it does take time. I have been here for 3 months now and can't remember half of what I looked at. But I keep going back and pick up a little bit more each day. Like they say, The most stupidest (?) question is the one not asked. I found out late in life that there are a lot of people that want the answers to the same question you think is stupid. There are no stupid questions. That is how we learn. And that is why we are here. Hang in there and you will make it. Have a good day and take care.
Thanks for the support, Dan. I think my struggle is that you all have such an incredible collection of training material that it is almost criminal to ask when I am sure it is here somewhere. (Or worse, I just was studying the answer yesterday and now I can't remember where it was) But I am working on asking... :-)

Good morning, I know what you mean about not beening able to find something that you know you just seen the day before. It happens to me everyday. I am 58 and thing at times that I have part-timers (ha,ha). I hear people talking about the action plan. I can not find it or are they using a different name. That is one thing I found out is something is called different names depending on where you are from. I still do not know what a blog is or how to do a blog. There is so much more I need to learn about affiliate marketing, but I am taking it one day at a time. Just remember that everybody at WA has gotten where they are by asking questions. Take care and have a great weekend. Dan

I can relate...doing is the key to success yet no one enjoys feeling vulnerable and inexperience. I couln't help but smile when you wrote "asking for help when I need it (not researching for weeks)! I always feel a little uncomfortable asking for help but I do think it can save plenty of time and torment...lol.... I'm getting better!
I'll be sure to drop by on your Grand Opening...all the best.
