Over the past couple of years I have had a history of setting goals and then stopping and quitting.

I signed up for the first 30 in 30 challenge at street articles.  I only wrote 15 articles.  I was actually surprised that I wrote that many, but I would still a little disappointed that I didn't reach yet another goal.

 I was either browsing the forums or I got an email saying that the 30 in 30 challenge was open again and that you just had to use a different email address.  Well, I decided to give it another go on August 8th.

I didn't write any articles for the first two weeks, and I was starting to get the feeling that I wouldn't accomplish it.  I'm not sure what clicked but I started writing articles.  

To keep it this relatively short, I reached my goal of writing 30 articles in 30 days.  I feel pretty good right now.  I almost threw in the towel yesterday, but I decided to stick it out.

It's funny how before the challenge, just writing one article was a challenge.  I also though 400 words was a lot of writing for just one article.  Towards the end of the challenge, I noticed I would start writing and before I knew it I had written 200 or 300 words.

I'm proud of myself and I am giving myself a good pat on the back.
