Using a decorative text or script will sometimes give your page more character. It'll grab reader's attention and add to the visuals, but use it sparingly.  I don't know how much Google picks up of unique fonts. Sure makes the page look good though. Your visitors will love it.

I'm always looking for different fonts and don't like paying for them. Came upon this site and it has pretty much all you'd ever need in font types and it's free.
