The Week Before Christmas
There's something exhilarating about Christmas. Have you noticed?
Man, I get so inspired this time of year. Maybe it has something to do with heightened awareness, or the thought of a new year, or just feeling the good vibe. I don't know what it is, but I'd like to capture this energy and draw on it the whole year long.
Even though entertaining and going to parties can be distracting, I tend to work really well and creatively during Christmas, especially the week before Christmas when excitement ( the anticipation) is at its highest. I like to jump on that wave. When there is a lot to do, then you tend to do more.
Seem to get my best ideas during this season. Have many projects slated for the new year, and am excited to roll them out. Some are online, some are not. All will require my deep commitment and focused energy.
The year in review, being at WA has enriched me tremendously. Thank you Kyle and Carson. Thank you Jay. Thank you Marcus. Thank you Travis. Thank you Bruce. Thanks to all of you. You are all treasures.
My learning experience here has given me a holistic approach to marketing, a deeper perception than I've ever had before. Not just the technical aspects of IM, which fills in the gaps, but an "overview", establishing the big picture, and a viable marketing approach which is paying off for me.
What the heck, I'm still essentially a right brainer, but with an analytical bend now. And I still have a great deal to learn.
I feel very appreciative of all of you for the inspiration. Even the confounded newbie inquiries tweak my imagination, and they give me ideas. Not sure how or why that happens, but that is precisely the powerful advantage of like-minded people engaged in conversation and a meaningful exchange of ideas.
Sadly, it has become politically incorrect to say Merry Christmas, but don't let that stop you. It doesn't stop me. I shout it from the rooftops. Christmas is a magical time of year for everybody. It transcends religion. It's unfair for anyone to rob you of magic.
Want to wish you all a Merry Christmas!
Happy Chanukah!
Happy Kwanzaa!
My best to you all for a spectacularly happy and profitable new year!
