My name is Krys. I live in Treorci in the beautiful but economically poor Rhondda Fawr in southern Wales.

I am a qualified biomedical scientist and information specialist, currently working as an unqualified but reasonably successful medical translator. My work involves long hours, frequently going all through the night, and is getting increasingly difficult to sustain.

Due to a whole list of events in my life, I am currently without savings and with miniscule pension prospects. This is not a good place to be in at the age of 56. I am hoping to learn how to create some passive income that will let me grow old as disgracefully as I would like to and have fun doing so. This is going to be an uphill task for a techno-challenged person like me!
