Taking a couple days of R&R, looking at rocky cliffs and going to museums and just can't stop thinking. The Internet has posed many opportunities and an equal number of challenges. I'm a very old fashioned girl.  I like to look people who I'm doing business with in the eye. I want them to look me in the eye. Check it all out, please. Use your instincts. Even though I recognize the importance of contracts, I've had many contracts in my life, I'm just like my grandfather and my mother. O

I try to be a positive person, not fake it, MEAN it. Yesterday, I was pissed. Checked my last 10 articles. Was #1 on first page of Google for 5 of them under the main keyword. 4 of the remaining 5 were also on the first page (second and 3rd positions, one was on the bottom). Very nice, huh? I thought so. Then found out that my two top affiliate merchants were "temporarily offline". These are the two I have been promoting. Major ugh! Another important one has "low funds".&nbs

Many apologies guys. I fell for the Mars hoax twice. No spectacle on August 27th. No spectacle on October 30th. Thanks Brad, Diane, and Andy and NASA.  But there are still meteor showers this month. If you have a clear uncloudy sky late at night, do check them out. Fascinating. I like to lean back on my car and watch them. (We have ticks in our grass, alas). It is a wonderful show. I took the other blog out so as not to confuse and disappoint anyone.

A friend sent this to me. Thought you'd find it interesting and useful.   E-Mail Tracker Programs --     The man that sent this information is a computer tech.  He spends a lot of time clearing the junk off computers for people and listens to complaints about speed.  All forwards are not bad, just some.  Be sure you read the very last paragraph.  He wrote:      By now, I suspect everyone is familiar with snopes.com   " target="

Encouragement and message of hope for newbies, before I leave for Vermont. I'm traveling up to Vermont to be with my three beautiful nieces and our visiting friends from France. Really looking forward to it. Before I head out,  just want to leave you with some happy thoughts. Had a breakthrough this morning.  A major one. Just like confusion is part of the process, so are breakthroughs. Those of you who are feeling lost, take heart! YOU DO NOT HAVE PERENNIAL BRAIN FOG! The mist eventu

Just a quick question. Don't want to be melodramatic or anything like that. Is anyone out  there experiencing shoulder spasm from working at the computer? I just want to make sure it's a by product of the trade and not that I'm Violetta in the last scene of Traviata, cause that's what it feels like. Pain, all of a sudden. Burning pain. Man. Ouch! Curious if any of you know anything about that, or how to get rid of it. My doctor is helpful if you're dying, but otherwise it's a waste of time

You might want to check this out. If you are social networking for your business, and are faced with the decision of whether to brand your own name or your (own) company name, then this discussion will shed some light on the matter for you. It's helpful to read what others are thinking. I've been trying to decide what name to use in Twitter. Should I be there as myself, or hide, or use company name? Whatever name you use, you are "branding".   http://webworkerdaily.com/2010/02/2

The reason I say that is because, my targeted customer is different now, than a few years ago. He and she have a couple more bricks to lug around. In the past few years, our society has gone through some extreme changes. These changes have created variables that pollute the usual demographics. Whether a once easily predictable customer buys or not, is contingent on how the customer reacts to these changes (variables). A brand new dynamic to consider. Also, you can't go by "age" anymor
