It's time again...

Last Update: June 07, 2012
Hi Everyone

I seem to be on a pattern of posting a blog every 6 months, so I'm over due for another one now.

I haven't had a lot of time on the computer since about March, you know it's gardening season and that's my life it seems. My garden is getting to the size where it impatiently tells me what it wants and not the other way around! My co-worker asked me how many containers I have and I couldn't answer her.

I counted tonight and it's 370 containers already growing and several more seeds sprouting in my house that need to go out soon! So ya, I have a bit of an issue-and I work at a nursery.
But I figure there is worse things I could be addicted to...so gardening it is!
(Now I just need to tie gardening, internet and income together and I'll have it made!!)

I'm slowly catching up to the new format of WA, but that's only because I've had limited time to work at it. My main site has recently had issues, so it's running but its not set up properly at all. I had to dump a theme in a hurry and not had time to fix it. So please don't judge it too much right now! :)

I hope all the new people are finding some good training and information, speak up if you are struggling. There's tons of people here to help and get you on your way.

Anyway, have a great night everyone!
PM me or jump into the live chat and someone will have some good help for you!

Stacy

Next year I hope to have a vegetable garden. We have so many critters, I'm going to have an area fenced in. Planted zucchini and watermelon one year. What a yield! It was so much fun. Enjoy the garden. That's great!

Yes, the garden has expanded a lot since getting the job at the nursery. Mainly I have berries and food. This year I've added many new flowers and that has increased the number of bees a lot, so I expect the total harvest to be much greater this year. Raspberries, blueberries, cherry trees, strawberries, potatoes, carrots, beans and peas mostly. Thankfully I've picked low maintenance plants and perennials that don't need very much from me. Thanks! It's a lot of fun and brings me peace.
