Feeling refreshed with renewed motivation!

Last Update: July 08, 2012
Well I took a few days off because I was going crazy and starting to get frustrated. I spent time with a pen and paper journal because it has been known to clear my head in other situations. I do like the pen and paper thing and all of a sudden after some time using the pen and paper some ideas started forming in my brain. I was able to form a clearer picture of what to do and how to do it. For some reason I can read a tutorial 25 times but it still doesn't seem to make sense until I randomly write about it.

I wrote about everything and ended up making a list of goals that needs to be refurbished and made more comprehensive but it is a start. I am going to slow down and work hard on the niche that I chose because I love it and then if I get frustrated with that I will write a blog post or something on one of my other sites just to stay productive.

I have a lot of new goals some of them are related to IM and some of them are related to taking the niche and creating other types of income. One thing that I am adding to my daily schedule is some free writing time where I can get out anything that is on my mind and organize my thoughts and feelings so I am not that crazy flaky girl who starts 20 things and gets nothing done.

Since Pole Dance is my niche and I love doing it so much one of my goals is to learn everything I can about it. I already take classes but I have joined a few pole dance sites and am making new connections.

I am working hard at home and at class to get better and eventually I will do videos but my ultimate goal would be to compete and teach so I have to train hard. So from now on part of my IM goals will include as much research and practice as I can get. I realized that I know quite a bit about what I am doing in class and that is where my knowledge ends so that is why it was hard for me to produce a quality article. I am sure that if I make my own videos and have competitions under my belt and learn everything I can about the history of pole and the pole scene today I will be an expert instead of just looking like an expert. So research is another thing that will be added to my scheduled work time.

Now I just have to learn to create a schedule and how to break things into tasks. I like flexibility so I am going to have to set up daily goals and work around things like class and home training. I am really good at seeing the big picture but not so good at breaking it down into daily tasks. I am thinking I should actually start very small and if I get those things done I can create new tasks because I am very hard on myself if I don't get things I planned done that is probably why I tend to work without a plan. Once I learn what I can reasonably complete each day then I can set the bar higher. I hate to admit this but if I don't aim for small goals I will probably give up so I think I am going to take this slow and as long as I spend a little time each day completing my goals I am going to be happy with that.

Once certain tasks become easy I will ad new ones. Writing articles will be first on my list even though it puts me behind on my 30 day training I will be working the next two weeks on producing at least one article a day either to post on Street Articles or my Blog. Then I want to up that to one for each but we will see about that when the time comes. Even If I don't use all these articles I will have them ready to be edited for a time when I don't have as much time to write.

Thanks again WA for all the support when I start acting like a flake. Have a great week everyone.

I bet if you check the 30 day club you will find that writing articles is part of the required things to do. If you follow along with the training I bet you will find yourself farther ahead in the long run. Just a thought. K&C do know what they are doing. No reason you can't skip ahead but make sure you go back and check that everything is done.

Labman you are right I know writing was included in the 30 day club but I was having trouble doing that and doing the other stuff so for the next few weeks I am going to focus on the writing and attempt to produce enough articles that I can use some and save some for the days I need to focus on other things. I was just too focused on getting through the 30 days as soon as possible now I am going to relax a bit and spend more time on learning each aspect it may be more like a 6 month plan than a 30 day plan but I am pretty sure it will help with the frustration.
