Got a commission check in the mail today :)

When I got home from the mall today I checked the mail and what do you know - I had a commission check waiting for me.

It wasn't a very big one $68.10 and truth be told I spent a lot more money in advertising costs than $68.10 to get that check.  It wasn't my first one, won't be my last.  Even though I'm technically in the hole getting the check  still put a smile on my face.

I think I almost like getting checks in the mail versus a direct deposit to my checking account.  Makes it seem real.  Although, with direct deposit I don't have to make the trip to the bank.

If you hadn't made any commissions yet, keep on working they'll come with time.  :)

Thanks Kyle! I think the big lesson for me, which is a recurring theme, is to slow down, and get stuff converting. Also, the hardest thing for me to do is focus, but when I do focus that's when I start seeing money. That and taking action. In the past I've been really buddy buddy with Mr. Procrastination. I'm working on spending less and less time with him each day.

Awesome! I like checks as well. I always get checks rather than direct deposit from Adsense since I don't make as much through it and because I like finding them in the mail.

Reminded me of when I was growing up. For some reason where ever we lived there always was some sort of fruit plant: apple trees, cherry trees, plums, raspberries, etc...
