Last year in October I bought a keyword rich domain name.

Now if you say that having the keywords in the domain is not important... I just did my own little testing without even knowing it :-) and belive me I will from now on ALWAYS keep the keyword in my domain name.

 Don`t get me wrong I try to get my keyword in my domain name all the time, but I just now found out how important and helpful that is.

 Like I said I bought the domain in October last year I changed my DNS settings but I never got around to working with it, I never put any content on the site never even installed WP. It is a Christmas related blog so today I  wanted to start working with it for this years Christmas. 

I went to check the competition and boy did I get surprised when my domain shows up on spot 5 first page of Google for this specific keyword without any content withtout even installing WP on it. 

I guess it will make my work a little bit easier this year and I should be able to rank the site pretty well when I add some content to it.
