Overcoming Barriers-Work Around Or Head On?
Good Day My Friends, Colleagues, Buds and Buddettes,
You know with marketing, whether it is Article or web, fish or foul fowl
a person can run smack dab into a barrier of gargantuan proportions. Now, how the barrier gets there is anybody's guess.
Most of us (Self included) have the initial reaction of "Golly Gee! What the heck is this stuff, and how can I work around it? (Language edited to keep post approved for all audiences)
The barrier itself may have come from an outside source. People do some insane, crazy, heebie-jeebie stuff sometimes to protect whatever it is on the other side of the wall.
If that's the case, it's might be in your best interests to do like the authorities often suggest . "Move along, folks. Nothing to see here."
It's also true we can build many of the obstacles we face without any help from the outside. The really bizarre part is: We did it without knowing!!!
(Now here's where I give you the example:)
I have been working on my WP blog http://www.eatingtolosefat.com for awhile now.
I keep running into obstacles, but the funny thing is...I put them in place all on my lonesome. Well, most of them.
Of course, I want to monetize my blog, and adsense, well it's OK, but if you want to get to where the money is, affiliate sales is the way to go. I sold "other peoples stuff" for years and some of my own stuff as well.
But getting down to the real nitty-gritty of this post is "How can I promote products about weight loss and fat loss products if I don't believe in diets dieting and diet programs?"'
When I promote a product I want it to be for a good reason. I'm putting my reputation on the line. I want to make sure it works like it's supposed to. I want to make sure said product has the support to do what it says.
You see now how easy it is to build a barrier?
Happens all the time.
All that needs to be done about it now is get around the self-made barrier or tackle the blasted thing head on.
How can I do that?
I want to close this post today by sharing with you something I read the other day about overcoming barriers:
"Know the Why, and it's much easier to handle the How...when you need to."
I like that saying. All I have to do now is remember it next time I face another barrier.
Have a good day, WA'ers.
Peace.
