I got thinking a couple days ago about the tagging of our blog posts here in WA. It really brings up another issue. I have not been putting tags in any of my campaigns other than in articles to directories. Perhaps this is one of the major things keeping this campaign from ranking within the displayed SERPs (the intitial 60-70 pages in Google. As for work I had slated for yesterday, I've gotten a new article well under way and a blog post for it. I have to pass on the home page article a

Housekeeping Hard drive is jammed full. Will have to start cleaning it out (millions of files!) Many of the videos must vacate. This is going to take some time and will cut into my work. I've also got yard work to do. This needs to be done because out of 750g, I only have about 70g free as of now. Time to clean house...at least partially for now. Plans for Today: As for today, I had viewed Part III of the Case Study in the WAbinars. I in fact, watched it twice. I will need to have th
I made as startling discovery on the SERPs this morning! My head started reeling when I found this... Just out of the blue I wanted to see just how my landlord's site is doing in the SERPS. So I went ahead and put in the keywords...those which have always been the targeted for this old campaign. [Man, I'm stumbling all over myself to get the content into this post right now!] Having not worked on this site at all for approximately four months (and that with little work done ind

I've decided not to link the rejected article to the landing page, but to a new post I had created this morning specifically for the article, making less chances of being rejected again, not only for blatant promoting, but to be sure the content is relevant on both ends. The post has been written and article corrected and resent to Street Articles. Before having done this, I reviewed the Street's blog post on forming these links and what I did wrong. There are a few very minor issu
My second article to Street was rejected for issues with the links. Despite my efforts to create an article that is totally content based, I was not sure how to form the links and in my efforts to not make them promotional, it fell right into that. Even after having read the documentation in Street Articles on it, I'm still not sure. It took me considerable time (2 hours) to figure out why I already had a sitemap verification (found an .xml file with a similar number already uploaded) bu

I would like to span out with this campaign to the study of the other available brands of HD extreme sports camcorders. In so doing found an underwater lighting kit for my campaign, specially specified for the GoPro HD Hero 2 Camera. There was one outfit out there. when worn, it made the user look like an alien with this humongous hand controller wired to the bullet-shaped camera on the helmet. The camera is good for up to 10 feet underwater, but the controller cannot be submerged. Doing t

Began early this morning by looking for loose ends in Day 2 of the Course. Of the things, check for plugins that may not be set up...and make sure there is an email account for it. I shortened the content at the bottom of the page. It still looks void down there with nothing to break up the text. Maybe OK the way it is. Had thoughts of altering background, etc, but decided against it. It looks perfectly fine the way it is now, just need some sort of very simple graphics, such as highlight of

I had an earlier post on here on this topic. In light of a vow I had made to the Membership, repurposing the Blog from a personal life/social media platform, to a Journal about the shaping up of my GoPro Campaign. In that post I iterated that I would use the 30-Day Plan to optimize the site and SEO. It would fill in a lot of gaps and then assist in taking the campaign to the level of completion of the 30-day schedule. Presently SEO is in very poor condition. It remains "off the charts

I'm not sure how to write this. It's the first time in a while I've written here. I've tried to do things to my blog to in hopes of being able to contribute something here. WA is growing very rapidly and I feel like I'm left behind. It isn't the IM. It has always been my personality and every thing else has been secondary to that. A lot of times I find myself wishing to move on to the next life. I know it's bad to think like that. I wish I could wave the magic w

(2012 - Day 090)  I am feeling better tonight, almost suddenly, the symptoms from the sickness almost cleared up.  It's evasive though.  I've had many instances of this and had it come back on me in a vengeance.  The sores are still there and I will stay on a liquid diet now.  Live will go on as usual...and a few more lessons down on health and nutrition. Things are looking up once again.
