Made sale in PPC in 2 Days
Bonjour! It's 8.30am (6/18 Fri). I just got to my office not long ago. First thing I checked in the morning is no longer my university email but my Google Adwords account. Here's what I saw in my campaign:
Daily budget: $10.00
Avg PPC: $0.21
Avg Position: 3.9
CTR: 1.72% (I know this is low, but I'm still doing testing, normally is 4-5% : I got this figure by browsing through forums, not sure if it's right)
First day 6/16 Wed: 9 Clicks ($1.76)
Second day 6/17 Thu: 32 Clicks ($6.74)
Total cost: $8.50
I am very happy so far because the more clicks I get, the more customers my website can reach to.
The second thing I do is to log into my clickbank account. Guess what I see? (you can already guess from my big title)
BOOOOM! I made one sale yesterday (6/17), which is $26.50. After doing some easy math, I found my profit = $18.00. That's pretty good for the beginning as I haven't optimized my website.
Then I check my click bank analytics and I found I have 13 hops, which means 31% of people who got into my website click on my links. That's great! Need to improve tho~
I am so much fire up now. I enjoy PPC more than Article Marketing as I don't like to write at all. I spent more money in hiring ghostwriter than I spent on PPC. But I'll still continue to do Article Marketing as I have built up my organic traffic 6 months ago, I just don't want to waste my effort.
From PPC I found many interesting keywords and I'm going to get new articles done specifically for these new found keywords.
I really like to see how PPC interrelates with Article. Both are amazing as long as you start taking action. Frankly speaking, I still like PPC. Haha... Mainly because I like to take risk, just like stock market.
************************** For Article Marketing folks***************************
If you're focused on Article Marketing and want to know where to do outsourcing, I will tell you where I usually go. I have tried 2 sites, one is called www.getarticlesdone.com (I do not recommend it because it's expensive. You need to add extra money to give additional instructions to the writer. You need to add extra money if you want additional keywords to be in your articles. Also, the quality is not up to my level due to the lack of instructions - BASIC: 300 words for $3.50), another one is called freelance.com (http://www.my-linker.com/hop/freelancer <-- this is my affiliate link, if you wanna give me some support, please click on it, otherwise you can google "freelancer.com"). I found freelancer.com is a very good website because I can find all sort of outsourcing jobs there. I get people to write reviews (700words for $5), write articles (500words for $3) and the quality is so much better than the first website I went. I can get them to write whatever I want and pay less than the first website. I even found my dropshipper there. Apart from doing Internet Marketing, I'm actually dropshipping items in eBay and Amazon and all my suppliers are found from here: http://www.my-linker.com/hop/freelancer . I'm a gold member at freelancer.com because I plan to expand my business.
Feel free to buzz me if you have additional questions.
That's it for now!
p/s: I said I'm at work, I really do work. I just want to clarify that I'm not a bad and lazy employee to my company. I just wanna share my excitement with you by updating my blog, hopefully give you some hope and advice. I'm gonna do DOUBLE work after blogging. I promise. Haha..
Ciao!
