Well, I've been gone for a few months, but I kept getting emails from Dynamic Duo. It always kept WA T.O.M. and I knew that I had to @ least try again when they offered the $1 monthly trial then the monthly fee.  I'm going through the 30 day success program. So I've done something new....I've joined Athena's Home Novelties. I'm going to try to get my site out there so people can find me and book parties or just plain order from the site (parties are way more fun though). The only thing is that the site is for amazing spa products and bedroom toys. I know a lot of  sites like Squidoo are pretty strict when it comes to adult stuff. Any thoughts or suggestions?  

Well I have no time to write articles right now. I'm trying to get through this month so I can breathe. So I called my mom, who has written plenty of articles for newspapers on gardening. I called her today and told her about WA. I've recruited my mama to write for me while I figureout keywords, seo's and all that good stuff.  Yay!

I followed Pot Pie Girls blog about basic HTML and I was able to build links into my article. Though it is not complete, and I still have some work to do, I feel the progress. YAY! Although understanding the little parts of it is a bit confusing, all I needed was to see it, and understand how to insert the website, and what I wanted it to say. I got it, I get it,  and now I"m going to try to add the BIG ARROW link she was talking about....  

So I wrote and article. Yay me! I sent it to a couple of people to ask their opinion on it. It's pretty basic. I'm used to writing full papers (well I am still a student) and not articles. After I sent it i realized I'd left some stuff out that I wanted. So I added it in and realized that I didn't like the links. I want people to click on the name of a link and not the 3 line URL. I want people to purchase their services through MY website. I have a ready made product I get to play with and see how it works. Pot Pie Girl just may be my savior in all this. I've been reading her how-tos and I love them! I have limited time and of course at work I am web-sensed, so I can't make a squidoo lens till I get home, but we will see what happens. I'm working on it, and I have my eye on a couple of accredations.   I had one more incentive added to the list yesterday. I showed interest in doing something something at work. So yesterday I'm going through the training, and I'm trying to do what I'm told (well in between work I was actually supposed to be doing). I started to narrow it down. I decided to do vegetarian cooking. Instead of a website that sells vegetarian cooking, I got actualy recipies. Which works for me cause that gives me new recipies. I just don't think thats what was supposed to happen. So later today when I've been a good little employee and get my work done I'll go back and try again.
