I haven't posted a blog here in a couple weeks because I have been completely engulfed in learning Wordpress.

Between learning to upload files, the interface, creating back links and learning about plug ins, I have been busy!  Just thought I would check back in with my fellow WA members and give my thoughts on Wordpress.

Creating a blog with wordpress.org is a huge amount of work with a huge amount of payoff.  It lives on my own domain and I can do whatever I want with it.  I could even just leave a giant picture of my feet on there if I wanted to!  I don't think it would convert sales, though.

My advice is once you have the basics under your belt with finding niches, keyword research, writing optimized articles, and creating back links, to jump in to this.  My blog has been up a couple of days, but I can see the giant potential with it.  Let me know if you have questions because my struggles are still fresh in my mind.

The experts though are definitely Welshy and Williams.  Thanks you two for the tutorials.
