Squidoo Tips

Last Update: July 11, 2010

Squidoo Step by Step has been revised.    This is a free guidebook (direct download - you do not even leave your email) created by Squidoo lensmasters.  At the back of the book, there is an invitation to join Professional Squids (also free).  I encourage you strongly to read the book and join Professional Squids.  Get to know other folks at Squidoo and learn from them.

(As you know, I am a huge fan of Potpiegirl here at WA -- in fact, I followed her here.  Always study Potpiegirl if you want to make money at Squidoo - or anywhere else! )

Looking for some products/pictures to add to your lenses?   Join Allposters affiliate program.  A poster always looks nice on a lens - and it's another chance to make a little cash.  And Zazzle too!  Have you joined the Zazzle affiliate program yet or are you creating at Zazzle?   Zazzle has original t-shirts, aprons, mousepads, coffee mugs, and even baby onesies.  You can create your own product or sell someone else's products.

and remember, too, if you are a great cook, Squidoo loves recipe lenses!

Remember, Squidoo does not like heavily promotional lenses -- but if you are looking for Halloween onesies to add to your costumes page this year, Zazzle is full of them!

My zazzle store is really just beginning, but if you want to see what one looks like, here it is.

I do like Zazzle. I am not real artistic and I do not own photoshop but I enjoy putting one product a day out there. just building up inventory. I know many on Squidoo that make nice money at Zazzle. and I do try to add one Zazzle product to every lens. going back through right now adding to each one appropropriate. it's a good way to support other workathome folks and put something unique on a page! (and get paid for it when someone buys)...but be double sure you are signed into zazzle when you get the link! made that mistake before!

What fun! Great thinking. I am already an affiliate of Allposters, but I never thought of using posters at Squidoo. How are you enjoying Zazzle?Your products are fun. Thanks Joan, for the good ideas.

I LOVE the Allposters tip. That is brilliant, Joan. Why in the world did I never think of that. I am going to implement that in all of my niche blogging, I think. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and experience. ~ Maureen
