Many of us are getting very nutrition conscious these days. Eat right. Stay healthy. Not only that, but more than ever, we are concerned about preservatives in our food, pesticides in the ground where food is grown. Before coming to WA, I never thought about blogging. Frankly, I never understood why people blog. Used to think, who would be interested in reading the personal experiences and impressions of another person? Why should I bother to do that too? Of course, my blogs, to date, are full of shop talk having to do with home design.

We don't have to be stuck in old negative thinking patterns that don't serve us anymore. It's well within our power to change, so let's give it a go.
