Hi everyone. I am 26 yrs old and a single mother of 2 sons. I have been interested in making money online for a long time but never really was willing to take any risk putting up money. I have used free sites that give you money back for buying things online as well as reading e-mails, searching the internet, and also free sites that give you money for surveys, but none of them were giving me enough money to do more than get my kids a couple birthday or x-mas presents.

When I was suggested wealthy affiliate. I was afraid to give up any money, just as I was with all the other offers i had seen previously, but after i recieved and read the first free e-book they sent me with no strings attached, I was ready to try it for a month. So here i am. I cannot believe how much information is available here. Its certainly for someone who enjoys doing research and reading like me, a dream come true. My biggest worry is that because there is so much useful information and applications within wealthy affiliate that i will not know what i should do first or how it would be best to start.

I am excited to start meeting some of you and hope that i can learn something from you all. If there is something you would like to know about me never heasitate to ask. Once i get things going right for me... I will help others too since i have always liked to do so. I currently do alot of volunteer work for non-profits in our area, especially ones that are for women.

Oh and one more thing. I plan on making my own website and running my own business. I want to be able to make my own site the way i want it and affiliate with companies that are interesting to me. I guess i just want to be able to say in the end that i created something that made money not just copied to a T another program and let them do it all for me. I have always strived to be original and felt wierd trying to do the same things everyone else does so I am excited to try this out and hopefully continue on here as a wealthy affiliate helping others and having my own business.

NEXT 5 GOALS TO ACHIEVE (Not In order)
1. Sign up for my first Affiliate program (I have been having alot of problems with this. I have really been having a hard time. I now by default have been made an affiliate of 1and1.com but it is because i signed up my domain there.)
2. create a blog (looking for a different blog site since wordpress.org is too difficult)
3. Write my first Article and Publish It (my first squidoo page is made just need to put the link in when my website is done)
4. Learn everything i need about search engine optimization
5. Finnish My website, connect it to my virtualexpressions.org domain and get it up on my hosting.

THE LAST 5 GOALS I HAVE COMPLETED (not in order):
1. Got the www.virtualexpressions.org domain *9/18/2009
2. Find WA members who will help me when I have a question
3. complete reading the action plan *9/29/2009
4. Introduce myself on the forum
5. Sign up for hosting and start building my site. *10/1/2009

My Biggest Long Term Goal:
To be successful in this business enough so that i can feel comfortable writing my success story. I have been through alot and want to inspire others who have been through alot especially women who have done and been through the same things as me. I want them to know that there is a possibility for a bright future if they strive for it.
